How and when your Tesoro pieces reach you, what shipping costs, and how to track an order.
Orders are dispatched within 6–8 working days of payment confirmation. Pieces requiring customisation take additional time and we will inform you by email or WhatsApp.
Delivery takes 7–8 days in Delhi NCR and 10–12 days elsewhere in India from the date of dispatch.
Shipping is charged at checkout based on the delivery address.
For deliveries outside India, please contact us on WhatsApp after placing your order. Shipping is quoted separately as it varies by destination country and package weight. Any customs or import duty levied at the destination is payable by the customer.
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier partner name and tracking number by email at tesoroshopcare@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
For shipments delivered outside Delhi, your state may levy an octroi duty on top of the item price. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed.
Our courier partner makes up to 3 delivery attempts. Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are complete and correct — we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
